Order Confirmation and Tracking: Once you place an order with us, we will send you an email or WhatsApp confirmation to acknowledge your purchase. Additionally, once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking ID. This tracking ID will enable you to monitor the status of your shipment. We will make every effort to keep you updated on the progress of your delivery via the WhatsApp contact number provided by you.
Dispatch Timeline: For products that are in stock, we strive to dispatch them within 2-3 business days. However, please note that the dispatch time for customised orders and out of stock products may be longer. We assure you that we will make every effort to expedite the dispatch process and deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
Delivery Timeline: The delivery timeline for your order may vary based on factors such as the shipping location, distance, and our logistics partners. Taxes: All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes in India. We are a GST-compliant company, and a 12% tax is levied on our products in accordance with the regulations.
Courier Charges: By default, we ship all products using normal air shipping. However, if you require faster delivery, you have the option to choose express or priority shipping. Express shipping is available at an additional charge of INR 150 per kg, while priority shipping is available at INR 300 per kg. These charges allow you to avail of expedited shipping services for a quicker delivery.
